Conversation with Lindsay:

where did you want the content type icon on the essay introduction pages, and artifacts pages?

I was thinking in the upper right hand corner

Followup to #481

The icon still needs an accessible tooltip giving the content type name in text.

This can also be done with ctools by configuring yet another view mode
but if Keegan saw that he'd go into shock
