A contributor does not have to set a title for their annotation, but optionally can change this internal-only label #524

In a further modification of #335 we get rid of the requirement for:

Title [Mandatory]
---> Text field used as the title of the Annotation being created

The label should be:

Author on Artifact/Essay/Memo in Question

(pending approval by @lindsaypoirier )

Presumably Automatic Entity Label module protects us against going beyond (in any fatal way) the 255 character limit Drupal has for node titles.

If our two-step annotation form does not give us the ability to pre-fill the title based on these things (even though they are known by the second step) the only other expedient option is to have the label be blank but not required and encourage contributors to ignore it unless they really, really want a custom title.

We might have an instance where the same author responds to the same artifact with the same analytic. Maybe we should add a timestamp?

Will the day be enough or a time needed also? (Even if they end up with the same name, the path will be different, same-author-on-same-artifact-in-same-analytic-2)
