对应接口的这2个字段是不是没法生效。试了不起效果

windown gitbash 的 shell 脚本上传接口的 buildUpdateDescription字段确实有问题，不支持中文

不仅不支持中文，连字符串都不支持，我不确定是我用的有问题，还是这个接口没有这个功能，能更新一下吗
