Test relationship between power (or voltage) and velocity with multiple values, widen tolerance on intermediate points in auto path, tune teleop drive PID, tune auto path PID/slew rate, force wheels to be angled correctly before auto drive.

Widened tolerance on intermediate points and forced wheels to be angled correctly before auto drive. All that remains is testing.
