Feature Request: Option to disable context menu items on external links?

These context menu items appear when right-clicking on ANY external link, regardless of if the link will be supported by the player or not.

I understand it's not possible to determine ahead of time what links will work properly and show/hide the context menu items dynamically. So, would it be possible to simply provide an option to disable these items?
