I find the startup banner notification staying, "mobile devices are disabled by default..." unnecessary.
I realize the point but I don't need to see the prompt Everytime I open the app. It's just too much.
I think a reasonable solution would be to have a triple state choice. Currently users have two choices for option 'mobile enabled or not"::
I think a triple state would solve the problem:
If that's too much work, I'd urge dropping the banner altogether.
