LNBits update and get functional

LNBits container is now merged but looks like it needs some more love to be fully functioning.

if plebnet LND doesn't work with LNBits, we can just set .env variablees to lnpay.co backend for teaching experiment, as long as tables are created in postgres. max send/receive on their free backend wallets is 500 sats.

oh didn't even think if they are using a library that doesn't understand signet that might be root issue. I will try messing with the lnpay.co backend see how that works out.

LNBits has had a lot of recent structural updates, I need to pull down latest and update Plebnet.
