I have the exact same issue, couldn't find a solution yet. |
Same issue as well. |
i have the same issue has anyone come up with a solution for this >? |
Does anyone have a fix for this atm? |
Same issue here as well. If someone can fix you will be my hero! |
Same issue. Launch PAL2.exe, command prompt window flashes open and closes itself immediately, no log file generated. In the split second it is open, it mentions something about searching for Java. I have the latest Java installed already. Dev please assist? |
Same thing here, tried to remove jar file multiple times, crashes instantly after downloading it, and launching jar directly also doesn't work. Interesting thing is, it did the same thing before I downloaded latest exe file, so I believe it's Java related. EDIT: got exe stuck somehow, and it's indeed stuck on "Searching for Java..." |
Version used: latest release on Windows (1.12.2, 26th of June).
Here is the full log, stopping when the application closes/crashes:
Starting the software from the command line with
java.exe -jar PAL2.jar
doesn't provide any additional log. This happens if I click on any "Update" button or on the "Update All" button at the top.If I click on one "Update" button, it switches to "Downloading" then the application pretty much crashes/closes instantly.
