The current API does not have rate limits. If users start querying the system the API will be a break in minutes. The rate should allow the following use cases:

  • We need to define a limit for the most expensive entry points (psm, peptide evidences, and proteins evidences).

  • We need to allow the web to do as many queries as it is needed.
