Concernant 3, sur mobile on peux utiliser un logo compressé:

note: Je devrais mettre la même teinte de orange sur le logo compressé que l'original, tu peux ignorer la teinte jaunatre sur ces images ;)

A terme, je vise un design plutôt comme ça :
