Investigate the option of providing a HTML based leaderboard conference branded

Conferences usually show something on room screens between sessions, this is usually some html content branded. We could provide a branded HTML leaderboard that the conference can project on room screens between sessions/talks.

As @adamralph pointed out a web UI already exists on this branch https://github.com/Particular/HashBus/tree/gh-pages

It's not branded, but could easily be made so. It also need some general tidy up, and probably just needs to do display just one leader board at a time, rotating through the most interesting ones, just like https://github.com/Particular/HashBus/tree/master/src/HashBus.Viewer.Multiple
