Time of failure shows Last time of failure and not first as the description states #1395

Describe the bug

Label says Time of failure represents to FIRST time of failure but it actually is the last attempt"

Version: https://github.com/Particular/ServiceInsight/releases/tag/2.13.0

Steps to reproduce

Ensure a messages fails
Observe the failures in ServiceInsight and its time of failure
Retry the messages
Observe the failures again in SI and see that time of failure is updated
