games i dont own are in the list

As the title says, some games are inside the list that i do not have like:
"Alien Swarm"
"Just Cause 2: Multiplayer Mod"
"Team Fortress 2"
but now, suddenly i have the game "Alien Swarm" in my game library and is "installed" but it is not
