Need to implement AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext for AMD / Intel dual socket #118

If you want to use MacOS 12.3 or higher with an AMD processor, you need : AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext

And if you have a dual socket intel then it is from version 12.5 of MacOS that opencore needs kext to start

Without this kext, you can't boot MacOS or MacOS installer
