CloudPebble wont push directory resources/

Pebble Project is a Simply.js project in CloudPebble.
1)CloudPebble pushes with no error [shown on CloudPebble] to GitHub.
2)Repo is downloaded/edited on personal machine re pushed to remote repo.
3)Attempt to pull latest changes to CloudPebble, this error is returned, pull does not complete...
"Error: Resource resources/images/menu_icon.png not found in repo."

Other info,
On local machine, there is no resources directory inside the project.

I have something similar, but I have pushed some resource files into my git repo (https://github.com/thomersch/dvb-monitor), but nothing shows up on the left hand side.
