If users want to update container configuration YAML file after running babs-submit or babs-status, e.g., increasing memory request.

Talked to Ted today. Good feature, but roadmap for now, do after MS.

Beyond YAML file, users may also use this function to update input BIDS dataset if origin is updated (e.g., more subjects/sessions added) - to talk to Matt before implementing this.
