Summary

Would be easier to manage CPU usage.

Next steps

  1. Create an ingress2xcpd package to match @smeisler's https://github.com/PennLINC/ingress2qsirecon.
  2. Swap out internal ingression functions for the ingress2xcpd workflows in XCP-D.
