Turn daemon on/off #13

We need an option to temporarily turn off the daemon, in case it's not needed.

This is possible in the Einsteinium preflet. Select the menu option for the Daemon and you should be able to start and stop it manually.

OK. Maybe it can be merged with the preferences so both this and #14 can be more easily found.
