Enhancement: Half Life Style loading screen

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

LoadingSubstate. Loading state that is substate instead. After song finish, instead of gping to the regular loading state, you pop the substate version of it.

It has say loading and all props progress of loading except wallpaper. Just like GoldSource Half-life or whatever lmao!!! When complete, the substate then reload PlayState itself. Yeah copy everything to here, but don't appear the wallpaper yeah.

I think this only for during PlayState, not for all else, idk. Well let's see. Corestated it somehow.

This to make the loading looks about seamless, atleast like in Half-life due to this FNF code design idk.

oh btw, you should suggest from https://github.com/KadeDev/Kade-Engine instead. wait, Kade quitted? updates only to week7??!
