The README.md reflects the initial commit; there have been several changes since.

E.g., the top-level folder now contains
Makefile README.md another.py* getdef* pipeline/ schemaTemplate.yaml tests/
The folder pipeline contains classes for reading endpoints and filters, while tests contains current tests, which are based on schemaTemplate.yaml, the overall pipeline schema specification.
