After entering the News page at https://phoenicis.org/news, I see an empty news list.

No problem on windows 10, firefox.

Ya, empty news list on chrome 66 (Ubuntu 16.04).

Console shows these errors:
Failed to decode downloaded font:
OTS parsing error: invalid version tag

As PHOENICIS_API  is this "api/v5.0/" , being the base url for API calls when called by other modules like for news it resolves to
"api/v5.0//news/:id" or for apps like "api/v5.0//apps/:id" etc.

Same for me. Let's see if it works after @qparis has updated the website with the changes from #22.
