In Viral_Track_scanning.R, as shown above, there are numerous incorrect double quotation marks in the names of human genome chromosomes. While it's possible that this project has concluded and there is no ongoing maintenance, it is still quite careless to have such oversights in the code. I kindly request the author to make the necessary corrections. Thank you very much.
