Describe the Enhancement

Github buttons should more attractive. More hover effects

Current Behavior

Just a simple Blue BG button with simple effect

Desired Behavior

i will like to give some gradiant colour to the button and make the hover effect cool....with some gradiant animation

Hello @Pritam-2002 , this repo has been excluded from Hacktoberfest, but I'm not sure of the reason. I suspect it might have been reported. As a result, I have created the same project here. You can create an issue there, and If I assign you you can start working on it. Afterward, you can create a PR.
