middel klick gets stuck when useing Wacom Intuos BT M

when clicking in the shortcut for middelklick on the wacom pen it gets stuck

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue program in the shortcut for the pen in wacom softwear and when you try to scroll with it in pinta it gets stuck the only way to get it unstuck is to midelclick with a mouse

Thanks, that video worked.
To verify I'm understanding, you're activating a middle-click through the pen and then trying to scroll / pan the image, but then you can't "release" the middle-click afterwards?
