My gut instinct is that this is an EOS configuration issue on the back end: for that you would need to speak with Epic. Concerning why it might not work in dev sandbox now: that could be a question of the login token being cached? Are you re-logging in after changing sandboxes? This is a complete guess so I could be wrong, but that's my gut instinct. |

Hello, We really need some assistance with an important issue we are having.
The Overlay and Achievements worked in Dev deployment, but it doesn't work in Live deployment.
I am wondering why this could've happen.
The prompt to connect to an Epic Games account, the Overlay and the Achievements all worked perfectly fine when testing the game in the Dev sandbox and deployment, but now that our game is live the EOS stopped working.
At first I thought it was because in the "EpicOnlineServicesConfigEditor" we still had the Dev sandbox and Deployment ID. I changed it to the Live IDs, but the problem persist. The only difference is that now the Overlay and Achievements don't work in the Dev sandbox either.
Any help would be really appreciated, and please be quick if possible since we don't want our user to experience this issue
We will be trying to fix it, but help would be really appreciated
Thank you!
