Problem with ReferralCodes scene. #52

Describe the bug

I only tested it with the referral codes sample.
Scripts are missing in the scene when I install the sample package in unity.
Example scenes are therefore not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install playfab SDK in unity
Install referral sample package
Open the scene

Expected behavior

I wanted to figure out how the referral system works, so I can use it in my own project.

OS: Windows 10,

Maybe I am missing something out. But playfab works fine in my project, so I assumed referralScene would fine the scripts it needs.

Works fine for me.. maybe use new Unity version
