Ways you can get involved

Are you interested in helping build Playabl? There's lots of opportunities for others to have a big impact on the quality of the platform, many of which require little to no technical skill. Here are some ways you can get involved:

• Write documentation for the docs site. Docs are written in markdown, and you only need a basic understanding of GitHub and git.
• Help answer questions from others, engage in discussions about ideas and the platform, or start new discussions with your ideas
• Create mock ups and designs for possible new features (even rough sketches are helpful!)
• Create translations of static content (text not created by users)
• Anything else you can think of!

Of course writing code is welcome as well! You are welcome to fork and work on updates and make a pull request back with your changes. If you're planning on working on a new feature, or something with a lot of moving parts, it's best you speak with a core maintainer first to make sure everyone is aligned on the proposed changes. Feel free to start a feature request issue, comment on an existing one, or start a discussion if you're interested in writing code!
