This kanji means "advance" according to kanji dict (jisho.org also has this kanji with the same meaning). However, it's only really used to refer to the chinese Jin dynasty, which to be frank, I don't think we as a language service really care about. This is at best a kanji that is almost useless.

It might be a good idea to better filter the words and kanji from the sources, using only something like the top 2500 used kanji and the top x words
