The use case of the PT software website is to list all software related to PTs and not only the libraries.
Do you have any suggestion on how to differentiate between libraries and apps?
I believe this site was created as a response to my request at the PTIM meeting, where I made a call to create a centralized repository of transport implementations.
My proposal was to help developers of circumvention tools, not users of tools. Users won't come here to find tools. Let Internews' OPTIMA, AccessNow or others list tools for users.
So my suggestion is to keep only libraries in this repository. There's no need to differentiate apps. Just remove them, as the apps add noise and detract from the goal of the library repository.
