Steps to reproduce

1 - Open a proyect
2 - Open a console/terminal
3 - Push the "Up arrow" key

Expected behavior

Get the last command written in the console

Actual behavior

Getting this error and later on getting the command expected

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.4 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
