ACR Integration: Find-PSResource methods and response class

PR Summary

This PR includes the implementation of Find-PSResource (including all supported parameters, ie version, etc).
It also includes the implementation of the response class and converting response into PSResourceInfo objects.

This PR also includes tests for Find-PSResource calling ACR repositories.
