What about creating PowerShell Lab repo with auto publishing nuget packages like corefxlab?
This could facilitate the development of new modules and experimental features.

Can a process be put into place to ensure all Microsoft owned modules are in compliance with NuGet version normalization? For more information refer to issue PowerShell/DscResources#508.

short question: can I have a -PassThru on Wait-Process that returns standard-out and standard-error streams, so I can pipe them around from powershell?

longer version: I use powershell for CI and I'm constantly frustrated by how hard it is to get asynchronous output. I want to be able to invoke my software from powershell and have output from its stderr and stdout getting piped around in real-time, which of course is very elegant when you get to use powershell pipe operators, and impossible when I have to turn to Start-Process, as I often do.
