Time out visiting /admin-dev

Using this example develop-a-module, I am able to run the docker compose with success, but I can't acces the /admin-dev endpoint.

I receive the following log:

Seems like issue is in admin-dev/index.php when calling this:

$response = $kernel->handle($request, HttpKernelInterface::MASTER_REQUEST, $catch);
