Feature Request
Describe your suggestion:

Add the 'Better Concrete' plugin. This plugin would allow us to convert concrete powder to concrete by dropping the item into a cauldron. This can save a lot of time. Optionally you can also allow players to turn their concrete back into powder, or allow powder to be smelted into glass.

This plugin is very configurable and allows you to set what recipes can be used and how much (if any) water is used by the cauldron when the powder is converted into concrete.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered:

Another option would be to build machines in the world that allow you to place the powder, convert it by pushing it past water, then using a wither to break the concrete blocks. This is a difficult and dangerous setup that would be out of reach for most players.

mob griefing is disabled so unfortunately this alternative wouldn't work :( what i've done in the past is sat in front of a water block and held down both my left and right click buttons so that the powder would be placed and then broken

Even more of a reason to add the plugin then. Doing it by hand one at a time is super slow, and it would be awesome if we could automate or simplify the process.

Will implement this in our own plugin
