Quest "Missions: Gateways Murkreth and Shaadraz"

Describe the bug
When asking wing commander brack to "give you a wyvern destroyer for the bombing mission, he is suposed to summon one but he does not do it, character just stands in place and no wyvern is summoned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to wing commander brack
2. Click on the only chat option after accepting the quest.
3. See error

Expected behavior
A wyvern is suposed to be summoned. That wyvern has to carry you to destroy the 2 portals.

I just tried this and it mounts on a wyvern and proceeds through the quest fine. Is your character bugged? This is with Update 3, Year 1 update
