[QUEST] Dire Maul quests

Describe the bug
different quests don't seem to work in dire maul
-Lethtendris's Web (quest=7488)(repair bot in SW doesn't recognize the quest ID): you can't loot the web after you defeat the blood elf, it doesn't even show up in the loot after killing.

-Pussilin The Thief (quest=27107): you can't loot the "book of incantations" after you defeat the imp, it doesn't even show up in the loot after killing.

-Shards of the felvine (quest=5526)(repair bot in SW doesn't recognize the quest ID) : The shards are there at the last boss, but none of them can be picked up, they disappear when you try.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Dire Maul'
2. try to do quets

Expected behavior
that the items are there to loot to complete the quest
