Issues

Issue 1: No way to access previous year UT and exam papers. Required for adequate preparation
Issue 2: Bad Color scheme and portal design.

Fixes suggested

Fix 1: Add a way to access previous year UT and exam papers.
Fix 2: Use a more saffron, white scheme and use boxy and floaty elements like in previous portal. Put more info in the dashboard section
