I am trying the hecktor22.py and according the paper, ct is scaled to 0,1 but the b_min in ./work_dir/segresnet_0/scripts/segmenter.py: get_normalize_transforms() is -1. at line 300
I have never use a resnet before, and I am a bit confused. Should I just change b_min to 0 manually? Or segresnet needs -1,1? Or did I overlook some args?
Also, for the downblocks in hyperparameter.yaml, should I add one stage changing it from [1,2,2,4,4] to [1,2,2,4,4,4] in input.yaml as in the paper? or 5 stages is actually recommended?
