Report Data Summary Can Be Misleading

The totals/summary table on the report page should be populated via a separate query to ensure more accurate/useful data.

To illustrate the issue, on a Date report with Year granularity, you might get 50 queries from year 1 and 47 from year 2. These get added together to be 97. But this doesn't account for any overlap in the two years. There may really only be 52 unique queries as an example.
