Acceptance Criteria:

Define an enum for accessible elements about the badges (Needed early for issue Badge UI on the profile picture #295).
Create the necessary models for badges.
Implement functionality to retrieve and give badge to users.
Create basic events for badge acquisition, including:
- First post
- First comment
- First upvote
