Multi-Room

  • Bonjour (ZeroConf) - When enabled and while running PseudoTV, other instances of PseudoTV will be detected over your local network. Enable them via "Select Servers". PseudoTV Live will configure Kodi's PVR backend (IPTV Simple) automatically. This method allows each instance its own channel lineup which are then share between all instances and is the recommended method for multi-room.

  • Manual User - Manually configure each instance of Kodi/PseudoTV for mutli-room.

  1. Multi-Lineups - Manually configure each instance of Kodi's PVR backend (IPTV Simple) with the "Server Status" information of the instance you want to share.

  2. Single-Lineups - Designate a "Server" instance of PseudoTV Live that will contain your channel configurations and be responsible for building lineups. Configure with a "Centralized file location" then in each "Client" instance configure Kodi's PVR backend (IPTV Simple) with the files found in your centralized file location.
