This discussion is an attempt to identify an axiomatic unit of action that is fully covered by psychosecurity efforts. An action should have the following properties:

• Offers cost-effective audience-specific cover stories to increase the compute needed to determine intention
• Has reactive defenses against deny, degrade, disrupt, deceive, delay, and destroy actions. (Brings immediate and also slow damage to instigating parties)
• Objectives can be trivially dispersed to third-parties for completion without third-parties detecting origin, intention, or meaningful contexts
• Exists within the complete boundary of applicable laws, operates within auditable financial activity without drawing attention, and has no reliance on legally-weakened agents
• Actions must be composable with other actions across multiple crowdsource outfits across multiple time horizons
