config.yml update additions 1.18

Additions

grow_in_dark: may need CHORUS_FLOWER, CRIMSON_FUNGUS, WARPED_FUNGUS, TWISTING_VINES, and WEEPING_VINES, and NETHER_WART added to the new config file.

New Plants: CAVE_VINES, CAVE_VINES_PLANT, GLOW_BERRIES, MANGROVE_PROPAGULE, KELP

These might not all be needed, and other may be needed instead. Just trying to help identify what's what. I'm unfortunately not someone who has had much experience with 1.18 yet simply because not enough of my server's plugins have been updated yet to make the switch.
