Some challenges should unlock by solving other challenges (sequentially unlocking), there might be other parameters that could unlock challenges, i.e. 90 % of challenges are solved, so unlock more (instead of having a lot of challenges burned by having no solves).

It should be possible to have challenges locked/unlocked automatically.
