There isn't any support for -multirun launch parameters. Running valvecmd.exe "map gm_flatgrass" with both a textmode and a normal gmod window opened executes the command on the gmod window, and does nothing to the textmode gmod.

I don't know if there is a way to add support for this, but it would definitely be very cool to see.
