Hi,

Adding a custom connector, as well as the samples from the SDK into the deployment folder will not show up as like the preconfigured connectors.

With the latest download of the SDK and Qlik Sense, we can deploy existing connectors (my moving them out of the folder - we see them not show up, moving them in they show up) - there fore we are assuming it is a recognition issue.

"The Qlik help page for custom connectors says that the executable needs to have the file version set in order to recognize it as a connector" - Yet the commands to do this seem to no longer work.

We tried the command was for adding version control to the file. It uses verpatch.exe, which looks to be an open source application, but the command given in the walkthrough on the qlik site didn't work. The example connectors that came with the SDK had the command already loaded in when I imported into Visual Studio and that worked, but still didn't show in the connector list so I don't think it's related to the verpatch.exe command...
