Try the following code. The "tag" param should follow the pattern "TTS Speaker 01", "TTS Speaker 02", "TTS Speaker 03", and so on for each active speaker:

batch_multilingual_media_conversion is designed to be used with the UI, so multilingual_media_conversion might serve you better for converting the video to different languages.
