This PR adds colour indicators to some parts of prez-ui.
schema:colorwhen rendering the concept hierarchy, it will display a small colour indicator just like how colour indicators are shown in the vocabulary listing page.schema:colorpredicate, it will display the value along with a colour indicator next to it.
