Software Probe Installation for Debian (1.5-2) does not function

Both the Offline and Online installations fail to install software probe.

Issue discovered on a fresh raspian build, can't deploy a new software probe via either method documented.

Using:
ripe-atlas-repo_1.5-2_all.deb

$ sudo apt install ripe-atlas-probe
