- Comparing two or more lists for movies which repeat in all or some of them.
- Excluding already seen movies or only leaving movies that are in your watchlist.
- Creating lists from actors' and directors' movies, other users' watched movies and watchlists or even custom ones which are not on Letterboxd.
- Choosing a number of randomly chosen movies to make a decision of what to watch easier.
